Jeff leads the world model architecture and runs the client engagements.

Thirty years at the intersection of infrastructure, design and emerging technology. Jeff led digital transformation at global engineering and design firms across public transit, urban infrastructure, smart cities, bridge programs and airport expansion, and has advised capital-intensive owners on what digital maturity requires at leadership level.

Greg leads the transformation practice and runs the alignment and lab sessions with client teams.

Greg helps leadership teams make difficult strategic choices and organize the work to carry them out. Recent work includes a future operating model for Service PEI and AI governance for a Canadian federal department. He co-founded an innovation design studio and later co-founded the sustainability design practice of a global consultancy in Canada.

Christopher wrote the open core underneath studio 2.5, the BIM Open Toolkit. A software developer and instructor with more than twenty five years of experience in software engineering practice, programming language theory and API design.
