What This Notice Covers

This notice covers studio25.xyz, the public website of studio 2.5. It does not cover the studio 2.5 platform as deployed for a customer. Information handled in a deployment is governed by the agreement with that customer.

What We Collect

When you request a briefing, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, organization, role, anything you write about what you would like to see, your time zone and the time you choose.

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

When you visit any page, our hosting provider records standard technical information in its server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the website.

What We Do Not Do

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

How We Use It

We use the information you give us to schedule and hold the briefing you asked for and to correspond with you about it. We rely on your request as the basis for doing so.

Who Handles It

Briefing requests create a calendar invitation and a Microsoft Teams meeting in our Microsoft 365 account. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process information on our behalf, and it may be stored or processed outside your country, including in Canada and the United States.

How Long We Keep It

We keep briefing requests and correspondence for as long as they are needed for the conversation they belong to, and we delete them when you ask us to.

Your Choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email us and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
